Morgan County has several
sites to meet your needs. Morgan County Improvement Corporation (CIC) is
owner of the Malta Manufacturing Complex which includes nearly 500,000
square foot of buildings. The largest building is 138,000 sq. ft. This
fully served site offers low cost per foot lease rates and a community
with an available workforce. The CIC also owns 14 acres of land that is
contiguous to the village of McConnelsville. Another site owned by the
CIC is a former Department of Transportation garage that consists of a
six-acre site with a 10,000 sq. ft. building north of McConnelsville on
State Route 60. The village of McConnelsville is about half-way between
Zanesville to the north and Marietta to the South. Both cities are about
35 miles distant and are accessible via State Route 60. In addition,
several private sites could be available for development.

The Morgan Partnership
Growth Complex site that is located on 13th Street in Malta, OH, is
accessed by State Route 669 (Main Street Malta) from State Route 78.
State Route 78 runs east/west and connects to Interstate 77
approximately 27 miles to the east. State Route 78 also is connected to
State Route 60 in the adjacent village of McConnelsville. State Route 60
runs north/south through McConnelsville and connects to the north with
Interstate 70 at Zanesville, and to the south with Interstate 77 north
