Fire

Fire emergency response to the proposed sites would be provided by Malta-McConnelsville Volunteer Fire Department. The Fire Department has an ISO-3 rating by the Insurance Services Organization (ISO). Very few fire departments, and no other volunteer departments in the state have as high a rating as does Malta-McConnelsville Volunteer Fire Department. The community has mutual aid agreements with all other fire departments within the county. The M&MFD has forty certified volunteer members.

While there is no guarantee of response time, the time from the downtown Fire Station for a fire response under normal circumstances and available equipment to the Morgan Partnership Growth Complex is expected to be five to seven minutes.

Emergency

Emergency medical response would be provided by Malta-McConnelsville Volunteer Fire Department. The staff includes ten paid full-time personnel and nine volunteer crews (27+ volunteers) that are all certified EMT's. In addition to the three squads, the community has a mutual aid agreement with two nearby fire departments for emergency medical response.

Law Enforcement

Law enforcement response would be provided by the Morgan County Sherriff's Department.
